Selecting caregivers to be a part of our team is critical to our success as they represent who we are. Each caregiver is handpicked and trained by Emily. Emily’s decades of experience and success in the caregiving industry have taught her what works best for the patient and the family. While matching personalities is vital, much more goes into hiring and placing a caregiver with a family.
Experience, all-inclusive security checks, professional and personal references contacted are a part of the hiring process. In-depth interviews are standard before an applicant is offered a place on Emily’s Concierge Caregiving team.
Once hired, one-on-one training begins with Emily. Rigorous training that includes professional and practical procedures depending on the patient and their family. Personalities are studied to confirm that a caregiver will fit with the patient, the family, and surroundings.
The family makes the final decision to place a caregiver with a patient.
